& we thank Him for His many blessings in our lives; for bringing
us together & most of all for the forgiveness of our sins through
the death & resurrection of our Savior & Friend JESUS CHRIST!

Q: What is your new address?
A: Directions: Take I-5 to exit #540 West St.
Drive South tward town through 6 lights (including Main St.). Look for
Park Ave on left. About 2.2 miles from 5 to Park.

Q: Why Woodland?
A: GOD has blessed us with a duplex rental in
Woodland, CA. It has two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, dining, &
large living room. PLUS a beautiful private backyard & long one
car garage. All for only $850 a month. Two bedroom apartments in Davis
[smaller with no yard, no garage] average $1,225 & are at 99% capacity.
Brittany's commute to UC Davis is under 20 minutes.
We made several trips here prior to the wedding. We painted all interior
walls & ceiling. The kitchen is now light blue & a coastal theme.
The bathroom is green & will have bamboo & frogs everywhere.
All other walls are light cream, & the ceiling is white. We replaced
all power outlets & light switches. All light fixtures are replaced
also, but we saved the old ones to restore when we move.

We praise GOD for all he has provided in this home: Free working washer
& dryer, mostly free paint [$60 total paint cost & have 6+ gallons
leftover!], very-cheap/free like-new/new light fixtures, very cheap
solid oak table & 6 chairs, free end tables, great neighbors, quiet
safe neighborhood, & much more! Amen.
Q: What do you still need?
A: Many thanks to everyone who gave us gifts of all sizes! We
are pretty set on most things, but still have small needs here &
there. Places we like to shop: Target, Costco, Home Depot. There are
two important items missing in our home: a couch & you. Feel free
to come & visit us, but please contact us first.
Q: How was the honeymoon?
A: Fun, Quick, Busy, Relaxing, Expensive, Educational,
Cold, Perfect!

Q: Why the change of date?
A: The original wedding date was going to be
March 20th, 2010, but Brittany has a rare & immediate job/school
opportunity as a entomologist ["bug doctor"] at University
of California, Davis. A research grant has already started that will
cover Brittany's schooling costs to earn a PhD (Lord willing), &
also pay toward living expenses. Because Davis has a time limit concerning
this grant money, they wanted her to start asap, so Brittany started
October 1st, 2009. We did not want to be apart, so moving the wedding
to September 19th, just 11 days before she started work, was the best
option. We thank GOD for providing this opportunity, & for executing
His plan in His perfect time!
Q: Why did I not recive an
invitation?
A: Brittany was asked to join Davis just one
month before the wedding, & therefore, due to the quick time frame,
we downsized the wedding ceremony & reception to an intimate gathering
in the Mills/Norris back yards. Space only allowed for family, &
a very few of our closest friends. We met & became friends with
so many during our lives in Lake County, but were unable to invite everyone.
We are truly sorry.
Q: Now what?
A: Brittany will be a full time student for 4+
years until she finishes her research/classes/etc. and earns her PhD
degree. Wes will look for a graphic design related job & pursue
a teaching credential. After our time in Woodland/Davis/Sac we hope
to return to Lake County & raise two beautiful boys (Lord willing)
in the LORD!
